Carpeting is a major purchase and many retailers, especially big box stores and some folks on TV, are offering deals that are "too good to be true".

For example:

• There is no free carpet cushion. They have to pay the manufacturer for cushion just like anybody else.
• There is no free or unbelievably cheap carpet installation. Nobody I know works for free. We pay our expert installers a good wage to install carpet like it should be. We power-stretch every room and we do a superior job. If you had a painter come by and offer to paint your house for free if you bought the paint from him, don’t you think he will charge you a lot for the paint?
• If you’ve seen the commercials on TV that offer free flooring, wouldn’t it be nice to read all the disclaimers? I may be wrong, but I think the people in the commercials might be actors, not customers! The simple truth – the free cushion and the free or almost free labor is hidden in the price. Believe me, you are still paying for it. A case in point – our standard cushion was ½ the price of one of the “cheap” labor places.
• Our price includes premium 6 lb. cushion, expert five-star installation INCLUDING moving your furniture (we do not charge by the piece like some) and all transition pieces are included AND a lifetime installation warranty (does not include rental properties, new construction and commercial, see store for details) and we dispose of your old carpet and pad for just one price.
• Other places make you pay for the whole job up front. We don’t. We get the materials paid  before installation and you pay for the labor after it is done and you are completely satisfied.
• We do not charge you to come to your house and give you an estimate. They do.

We are locally owned and operated and have been serving the Hampton Roads area since 2006. We are experts. Our sales staffs is young and fun.  We understand life is crazy and do everything we can to make buying your new flooring fun and easy. We are perfectly happy packing up our cars and bring all the samples to you. You never have to step foot into our showroom.  However, we are also very proud of our showroom and warehouse, so you are welcome at anytime to come visit it. We are open when you need to shop...most week nights until 8, all day Saturday and extended Sunday hours.  Also, remember, we have a wonderful play area for the kiddos to play in, so you can relax and shop.

Bottom line, dollar for dollar, product for product, when you combine our expert service, advice and installation, we will give you the best deal AND make sure you get the right product for your needs. Especially in this economy everybody wants a good deal and good service.

Bottom line: If it is too good to be true it usually is.
